We are committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation in all areas of our business and supply chain. While we are not legally required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we recognise the importance of upholding these principles and maintaining transparent, ethical practices.
Our Commitment
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or forced labour. We work to ensure:
- All employment is freely chosen.
- Working conditions are safe and fair.
- There is no exploitation of vulnerable individuals at any stage of our operations or supply chain.
Ethical Sourcing
We aim to work with suppliers who share our values. Where applicable, we:
- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers to assess their labour practices and ethical standards.
- Expect suppliers to comply with relevant labour laws and standards, including the Modern Slavery Act.
- Review our procurement practices to reduce the risk of inadvertently supporting exploitative practices.
Training & Concerns
Staff involved in recruitment, procurement or supplier management are made aware of the risks of modern slavery and are encouraged to report any concerns confidentially.
Any concerns related to modern slavery or unethical practices can be raised internally without fear of retaliation. We take all reports seriously and act promptly to investigate and respond.
This statement is reviewed annually and updated where necessary to reflect changes in legislation, operations or risk.
